SPORTS INJURY MANAGEMENT
WHAT IS IT?
The Sports Injury Management program is an integral part of Eminence Sports Medicine and Human Performance Center's multidisciplinary approach to wellbeing management. By employing an evidence-based model, our team of experienced practitioners aims to return clients to their pre-injury lifestyle as quickly and as painlessly as possible.
To diagnose and treat your complaint, the Sports Specialist Doctor will ask for a complete history of your complaint. The doctor will also ask about your overall medical history, including allergies, drug consumption history, previous medical history, and menstrual cycles for women. In cases of injury, you will be asked about the date of the injury, the chronology of the injury, history of treatment and care for the injury, history of previous injuries, and history of surgery. The doctor also needs to examine the part by moving it. The doctor needs complete information regarding your complaints and general medical history. Therefore, make sure you have collected this information in full to make it easier for your doctor to determine the diagnosis and treatment that is right for you.
The use of Sports Injury Management in treating sports injuries is very beneficial for individuals. From a medical point of view, this has a function as prevention, improvement, healing, and restoration. A sportsman / non-sportsman who experiences an injury after carrying out activities can return to sports activities without experiencing pain or fatigue after receiving rehabilitation and therapy services.
